The room is well decorated with a nice view. The location is absolutely incredible and magnificent, just 1 mile from a night club. You can easily walk to a market and a convenience store.

Gorgeous hotel with superfriendly personnel with good service. Excellent and lovely location in Acapulco, very close to restaurant solely for the use of residents of Las Brisas, The Cliff and the beach. Also, by the sea.

The property's location was absolutely incredible, in the center of downtown Acapulco. Our room was huge and quiet with the exceptional panoramic view. They even had a jacuzzi and a high level of service with wake-up service and room service.

The staff is friendly and thoughtful, bringing coffee in the morning and a delicious chocolate cake as a welcome gift. The location is beautiful, offering breathtaking views of the bay and a stunning sunset. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with unique decor. The open Jeep rides and the hotel's beach add to the charm. Service is excellent, with helpful drivers and good room service.

The location, and the Acapulco Bay View, are the best, incredible hotel with a superior friendly service, and perfect to have a romantic weekend away from the city! I will go back again!

Great Views and pool.
The bugs in the room were a problem. With about 3cm open around the doors and the flowers had bugs on them it became an issue

The view from the hotel is excellent and the private pools are wonderful
The hotel is spread on a hill so you need to get a ride from staff to go anywhere. They were very prompt when called but its still a little different than just strolling somewhere for a coffee or bite to eat.
